Question on Necro spell Sacrifice

Curiosity question:

I'm thinking about starting a necro toon, so I wandered through the list of spells to get a feel for the tools available to the class. As I was reading about Sacrifice (in Alla), the comments seemed to indicate the target died as a result of "falling damage", with the xp loss unrecoverable.

I don't leave home without Envirofall turned on (immune to "falling damage") and wondered how this would affect the outcome of Sacrifice.
1. Normal outcome (ie. envirofall is ignored or irrelevant)?
2. No death, no essence emerald for the Necro (ie. envirofall saved the death and thwarted the Necro)?
3. No death, but Necro does get essence emerald (woot!)?

I'm sure this isn't an original thought but couldn't find anything via search.

thatsa good question, prolly result in no death maybe, wonder if you would still gettheessence emerald though?

Will try it tonight, at work at the moment, but sounds interesting.

EDIT: No good. Even with EnviroFall on. Tried blocking some other offsets also but didn't seem to work, still died even though was with a different message.
