So the question is simple but let me explain what I'm trying to do then I'll ask the question.
So with my zerker disciplines I would like him to use one first always and if its on cooldown the second one I want ti be used.
Is this where I would make a holy/downshit for? Or is there a different method? I tried putting it into KA buff section it does work since it uses it when other is down but issue is will use it when not in combat and waste it 50% of time.
