I heard some folks talking about, I would only assume a quest exp exploit, people were getting around a lvl an hour.. Has anyone hear heard or know about this?

i got 3 lvls in about 30 mins doing quests for the gardens in martok. There are like 8 quests and i went from 11 to 14 very fast with them
