Problem - Pulling Chokidai

When team tries to pull these guys the Chokidai use their memory wipe ability and mob doesn't get pulled. Anyone have a solution to that problem? Any help would be appreciated.

if you have a shaman or a duration spell with damage on it, pull with that.
 
I normally pull with and SK and I throw the refute for power line it had an aggro dot basically. so goes off again after the mem blur ability.
 
Hmm ya Kluzen's Roar Rk. II -> doesn't fire when pulling most of the time. With these settings, he'll run up to them look at them and turn around without using Kluzen's 3/4 of the time.

hmm it should function, the only thing i can think of is that it runs out to pull before the ability has refreshed.
 
10 second refresh on ability most fights last at least 60 sec. up every time, seeing the behavior a lot in gorowyn. item clickies work as intended but without a dot clickie war is sol at pulling.
 
I pull with an arrow. Warrior seems to have no problem shooting twice in fairly quick succession.
