Just updated to Kiss 11.002 yesterday.
I noticed my PullerTank was only pulling very close mobs.
I thought it might be that NAV wasn't loaded correctly so I
Reloaded mesh
Reloaded NAV
Rebooted.
Still the same, my pull rate was down from 110 - 120 to 40.
I could see 19 mobs in the pull radius but not being pulled, instead I was getting "Waiting 10 seconds for mobs to respawn".

The last thing I did was change my pull radius from 380 to 600.
Now it seems to be pulling all the mobs that it was before.

Sounds like you're testing the right things. If puller defaults to LOS only, that's usually mq2nav not working. Reloading the plugin and mesh are what I'd have tried too. When you start KA on the puller, does it give the message that it's using MQ2Nav to pull and has the mesh loaded?

Is it a new camp loc? You could also check the "/nav ui" and turn on view mesh. See if there are a lot of missing mesh tiles nearby. That can make KA think some mobs are un-pullable due to the nav path being blocked or too long.

These aren't specific to you, but other pull issues can be the PullLevel entry being too restrictive for your area or KissAssist_info.ini having restrictions on MobsToPull or MobsToIgnore for that zone.

Maybe there was a change to the pull radius logic in KA's latest update. I know in previous versions there was a bug where sometimes a pullertank would just start ignoring all nearby mobs for awhile. Restarting KA would sometimes fix it or manually pulling/killing a few mobs to reset KA's internal ignore stuff would also fix it. There was also a "yo-yo" pull issue (common in dungeons with winding maze-like corridors) where the pullertank would see a mob inside the pullradius circle, run to pull, hit the max travel path length and give up, then run back to camp and do the same thing again.
 
I was having pulling issues with the new Kiss also. Switched back to the version from May 10th and pulling starting working again.

Not sure what changed with the pulling routine.
 
having similar issues, was going crazy trying to figure out what I did wrong since I just hit 110 today and rebuilt the ini lol
 
Im assuming you had a Nav Mesh loaded. If your Mesh is loaded the only other thing you need to check is your Kissinfo.ini
If you are in an Instance of the zone you need to have Multiple versions of the zone. For example In my Kiss Ini I have

I was in the same zone, same ini, same toon, same group. Just different KISS versions when the problem started.
Pre update, war was a pulling machine, post update, war was gimped.
Increasing my pull radius to something ridiculous took care of the problem.
I mentioned LOS because that's what it looked like at first glance. I later noticed that puller had no problem running inside buildings, up stairs, around corners etc.. just like normal but with reduced range.

Seems Maskoi has fixed the problem. Will test later today.

my warrior same scenario as above, will not pull with bow and arrow , he runs to the mob and stands there
