Once you pre-order (a collector's edition), most items will show as claimable. I have claimed my 40 slot bag, familiar, illusion, painting, and xp potion.
HOWEVER, the familiar, illusion, and xp potion show as "unknown spell" and will not work yet. This is particularly important to note because the xp potion will poof with no benefit if you click it now. Be careful!
