Proxy servers?

Does anyone know of any proxy servers that can be used to access WoW and/or EQ? Place I am visiting atm has both of them blocked on their network.

Requires Admin access to install. Also requires OpenVPN install.

That second link will work for EQ. FYI, I play behind a corporate firewall. Being part of IT has its perks...
