Project 1999 hacked- KEQP1999

Every time I click the KEQP1999 link in the article (http://www.redguides.com/content.php/167-Project1999-hacks)
I keep receiving this message, "Invalid Thread specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator".

I have contacted the admin via link and Pme'd one myself and still have not received a reply or explanation

I will appreciate help some help guys.
