Problem - Problems with macroquest

Greetings all first time posting so bear with me. I have used very vanilla and kissassist for a year. Worked great. I added a new desk rigg to run 4 toons. Was running 3 on one laptop and 3 on the other laptop. They were getting too hot so I upgraded. Still use lap top for my shammy and main lap top for my warrior to drive and steer. My war computer stop controlling the other 2 computers. But I can follow on the other 2 and they seem to sync up. But warrior computer can’t control the other 2. I have read everything I can here. I even tried to make a eqbc server. Everyone connected but nothing worked. Now my to computers that work great together have the same Macroquest directory under the settings tab in the launcher. And the same Myseq directory. My warrior computer that I drive with has a different directory. Could this be the problem? And if so how do I change it to the same as the other working computers? I have tried everything has left me with there is no path. Thanks and sorry for being so lengthy.

Need some clarification.

• What do you mean by controlling toons on other computer. I assume you are refering to EQBC and or Dannet?
• You are sharing your EQ install or MQ install and using it across all your machines?
• What are you ultimately trying to accomplish?

Well auto follow and mimic me functions. Kissassist takes care of the rest of combat. I was just using VV and kissassist to play. I could run all toons from my main lap top. But can’t now. I believe I was sharing across my machines. But something changed recently. And that’s all I see that’s different. All I ever did was click the load MQ button on the launcher And everything always worked. Sorry to be so vague I’m not a computer programmer by any means. Just a mailman who enjoys my EQ.

I would double check that your mq2dannet is functional - there is a link to a guide with pictures on the instruction tab.

saying "auto follow and mimic me function" but "can't control" doesn't really give a lot of information.

What does "can control" normally look like specifically? "i have dannet hotkeys to tell them to /dg all /sit, but they do not respond when i click them" would be an example of specifics

I’m so sorry for my lack of knowing. I never did anything but load the launcher. Once in the game use /Mac kissassist. I would pull with my tank on the lap top. Pull back to group and everyone would atomically start killing. When I needed them to move I would click follow me button under the group and move to next spot. never loaded “launch EQBCS with MQ. I will go look into the mq2dannet. Thank you all for your time and patience.
