Hello -

I read previous threads related to this question, but I didnt get a clear / workable answer.

The question is: how do I get my melee toons ( zerk / bl / whatever ) to -not- move around to the back of the mob ?

I read about mq2melee and stickcmd, but this didnt seem to change the actions of the melee toons, or my settings were wrong. And, the stickhow in the char.ini, changing this to front didnt change toon behavior.

Anyways, any solution out there ?

Thanks.

if you are using kissassist or muleassist

make sure usemq2melee=0 if not mq2melee will take over and put them in the back.

now that mq2melee is turned off you can use the stickhow setting in the ini

stickhow=14 loose uw

will just make em stick at where they meet the mob, no moving around.

!rear on the stickhow in the .ini file is working. I tried front w/o luck earlier.

Thanks !
thanks, i moved your post to the kissassist section.

if you have usemq2melee=1, you might consider changing usemq2melee=0 and then just adjust your stickhow in kiss directly

you can find some more options for sticking > here <

kaen's solution for just a stick 14 uw would be fine - you will just stick directly to the mob until you reach 14 distance (i suggest 10)

Disabling mq2melee and setting stickhow to 10/14 loose uw does prevent my toon from heading to the backside.

Oddly, DPS for my toon dropped by 1/2. I've since added in abilities like kick, smash, etc, in the .ini file.

Thanks for the assistance on this matter !
