You can get this mission by talking to the mission NPC (Jarzarrad the Prophet, -1000 +650), situated in the big hut along the west wall of Undershore.
Follow the dialog ending with 'Ready', then you get offered one of two missions. This is the easy one:
First of all: Wipe recovery, bind a druid or shaman near the prophet. If you only have a cleric, have them bind there as along with an INT caster with invi + lev.
Once you've got the mission, head south and the zone into Ruins of Illsalin is nearby. Levitation and FIXED invi at this point.
Once in RoI, hug the left wall at a safe distance, all around until you make a 180 and are at the E wall of the zone. You will see with the compass that the zone for the mission is at one end of a bridge. To climb to the bridge, use the wall on your left, there is a spot where you can climb high enough to be able to land on the bridge with levitation.
Also be careful that mobs there can see invi sometimes, you might have to clear a bit.
Once on the bridge, the zone is to the eastern end. Zone in (Temple of something).
Inside, the mission is a simple kill and loot one, similar to a LDoN collect mission, except you will need to clear pretty much every mob.
The difficulty mostly comes from the layout, and the need to split mobs in rooms. We didn't have a mezzer, but FD pull and tag worked for us. be careful that the pathing can play against you, and some little larvae blend in the surrounding.
The big room with a lake in its center is actually the top of a reservoir, connected to another smaller one through an underwater tunnel at its base. You will want to be careful with pulling there, I couldn't find any good corner so uncontrolled add can easily kill your casters.
Once you have killed 6 specific creatures, and looted their 6 skulls, head back to Jazarrad and the looter give him the 6 skulls (it doesn't matter how many at a time, just give them all).
The reward is a class specific item. Casters receive a neck with 140 HP / 160 mana on it, and a cold focus. Melee receive a back item with +3 DS.
