Possible at all?

I asked this back at the beginning of the year, but thought i'd ask again. Is it possible, at all, to change race using an offset or plugin? Something like an offset for illusion pots, but without the pot. Was told this is a server side check but, hell i dunno anyhow. Just curiousity killing the cat.

I believe you may be able to change your appearance, but not sure. Either way it is still client side and you will be the only one to see the changes. Sorry though, not sure on which plugin if it is there, does it.
