When in game, I type /mac autocleric. When it tries to run it pops up and error saying, "couldn't open macro file: C:\users\public\daybreakgamescompany\installed games\everquest\macros\autocleric.mac". If anyone could give some insight on what is going on I'd greatly appreciate it!

There are many things goin on here that is gonna take a little bit of work to sort out.
Firstly for the issue at hand, you do not have an autocleric.mac that is not provided with Redguides very vanilla anymore, and even it did have the latest version, you would not be using the correct command to start it.
Secondly you posted under Kissassist, which tends to be the forum for discussing kissassist related issues.
Thirdly, and most disturbingly to me personally, is that it seems you have installed your mq2 release into your everquest root folder. you should really not do that.
If you want to use a system that are similar yo what autocleric used to be you should check out IHC Mercs, which is system that is a continuation and improvement of what autocleric was.
