Playing a sound when an event happens

I would like to have a macro or even plugin play an avi or mp3 when my toon's PctHPs is less then 30.

Just need a push in the right direction ...

Anyone seen any plugins that have a sound feature?

Supposedly they enhanced the /beep command so you can,

/beep whatever.wav
