The clicky on it is Knowledge of the Past XXIII and should unlock a passive alternate adv ability. Past rings has always done that but this one gives a 15sec buff wich removes the Illusion Benefit Greater Jann (from Jann's Veil) and does Not

They must have messed this one up right?

It is like that for a lot of the TS gear clickies. I hope they fix it next patch.
