Question - petitioning and MQ2

So lets say my achievement gets bugged for achievements or whatever,
I have a latent concern about petitioning for a fix because I use MQ2 on that toon sometimes for the melee boost. This is my main toon and I don't run any elaborate scripts or anything, I got other accounts for those shenanigans, I just like having it stick and bash.

Anyway is there any reason for concern, like some weird footprint in logs that MQ2 might leave if they go poking around that might get me in trouble?

As a rule of thumb it is a good practice not run or even load MQ2 until your petition is resolved on that toon.

not usually. just better not to have 8 toons running while an invisible gm is standing there waiting to answer your question.
