If your using Kissassist,:
The peton=1 will recast the pet spell definded in the pet spell section. it WON'T recast during combat, but will when combat is done, and you are resting again.

Well, I am assuming you are not goting to melee fight the mob yourself, so you could go with a downshit that will mem the spell (if not memed) and cast it anytime you don't havea pet and are not physically meleeing any target.
That would be the simplest. put the name of your pet spell in where it says YOUR PET SPELL, and the spell gem # (i.e 3) of the gem slot you have it perma memed in or want it to meme it when it needs to cast it.
Note: this WILL cast the pet ANYTIME you don't have a pet. If you want other restrictions or checks as to denote special events like mana, hp of target, if your invis, etc, you'll need to add those or as how.

I have tried this man times over the years with different classes. Its not very efficient, and with the classes that it would actually be useful get nice swarm pet spells that work as well or can even be better than an actual pet..

I would include pet health with || so your are casting as the pet in dying. Other wise the pet is going the mob is going to beat on you if its loose.
