Im struggling to figure out how to have my bst heal pet without switching target to pet. Petheals work on pet no matter what you have targeted.
Every time bst switches target to pet in order to heal him i lose a bit of dps.

This i guess also goes for new change to how heals in general works. Most heals now work on targets target so no need to change targets to heal.

Heals or PetHeals will change targets. I don't think there's a "no target required" heal mechanic built into KA.

You could try the lifetap mechanic with a condition. Heals1 will only heal in combat if you have a mob as target (like a lifetap.) Heals2 will top off the pet out of combat. These are both looking for your pet to be under 70% health. I haven't tried them.

INI:
[Heals]
HealsOn=1
Heals1=Salve of Tobart|100|Tap|cond1
Heals2=Salve of Tobart|70|pet|cond2

[KConditions]
Cond1=${Me.Pet.PctHPs}<70
Cond1=${Me.CombatState.NotEqual[COMBAT]}
