Question - Pet buffs?

Is there any way to have my toons buff my pet tank? I'm trying to have them hit the pet with haste and cleric buffs, but they aren't doing so. I've tried the |Melee tag and the |MA tag and neither is doing anything for the pet. With the |MA tag they cast them on the Mage, but not the pet.

Are they targeting the pet AS the MA?? if they are they should be casting on it. If you are on TLP and you are using AE spells, you wont get the pet as they do not accept AE without the A that TLP doesn't get yet.

I'm having all my toons target the pet before I start the macro, but it's setting the Mage as MA.

Are they group spells? You can't cast group spells on pets. Group spells won't land on pets unless you have pet affinity.
