My guild has noticed the last few months that on raids, out of combat regen is buggy. We wait the 5 minute timer after a kill for OOC to activate, but some toons will not regen mana/end at OOC rate. Sometimes standing and moving to a different location will fix it but sometimes not. This seems to be MQ related because last night I unloaded mq and my chars started regening immediately. Anyone else encountered this or have a fix?

This is a known EQ bug, and as far as i know it's nothing to do with mq.
usually Jumping makes it realize it should update your character, it's as far as i undestand become desynced.
