OOW armor

I can't find information about the Instant faction raises for OOW armor,

Is it still working ? an how fo it ?

the only ones i can think of. instant ones that is. are the old alliance hacks, u cud cast the alliance type spells and boost ur faction, this DOES work with DoN guards (cast on evil guards and u go up 2X faction levels with all evil ppl)
