Problem - "once" still not working

still recasting spells that get resisted even with '|once' at the end

*edit. on a side note, it does seem to make it so they won't spam cast if resisted.

It will always try to recast 2 times on fizzles resist etc. Thats normal Kiss but the spamming was fixed. Its working as intended.
