Question - NPCs Not Responding

Has anyone ever had a problem with NPCs not responding to them while boxing?

Unable to request tasks, when I'm in an HA group - they don't respond to hails or the keyword. I'm not invis'd and have never had a problem in the past.

Definitely never had anything like that from MQ2.

Usually means i'm tireed and talking to the wrong npc, or invis, or quest not ready to speak to npc etc

Trying to do OT mission and saying ready while in the task. Not sure what the deal is, my buddy zoned in already np.

Directly on top of the mob, tried multiple zones/expansions, different accounts, restarted my PC

Only one task, I'm gonna just reinstall and pray that there was some random corrupted file.

mq2radar blocks hailing npc's and chatting with them if the overlay is on.
