Question - Not pulling (1 Viewer)

Just noticed that the puller/tank of my team is not pulling. Just keeps spamming Looking for close mobs in the MQ window the only reason he is killing anything is because they are arguing him. But yet there is a mob 50 feet from him and I have his pull radius set at 200 so he should be pulling them. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this issue? If I manually target the mob the tank/puller pulls the mob.

still not pulling when mobs are with in range and there is no LOS issue since they are right in front of me..
