You need

Step 1:

1) 3 containers.
a) One almost full bag with an empty slot.
b) one empty bag.
c) one full bag.

2) Drag the empty bag into the almost full bag.
3) Now, drag the full bag to where the empty bag is
4) Swap the full bag with the empty bag.

Result: you now have a full bag in a full bag.

Step 2 - How to walk around unencumbered

1) The bag thats holding the full bag is open
2) Drag the full bag's icon to the full bag, as if you are going to swap them. In a way, your actualy dragging a bag into itself.
3) The window closes,
4) The bag that was in the other bag pops out, and everything poofs.
5) You open the bag -- it is empty. (Oh nose! See step 6!)
6) Zone. Everything will be in your overflow when you zone.

Result: You can run unencumberd to your house.

Holas, either I am doing something wrong, and would like a complete run down on the swapping of the empty bag with the full bag.
Or this does not work anymore

No problem. I'll double check this when I get home tonight. I haven't heard about it getting nerfed, but I haven't tried this trick in a while. Thanks for the tip!
