Noob Question

I am new here and programming languages make me crazy. I am having problems getting plugins to load. I have downloaded and installed all the up to date plugins, offsets and compilations by Tone and Soultaker. I have tried to load /plugin docrack and keep getting an error: "Unable to load Docrack". Can someone please help this noob get it working? I think MQ2 and Redguides are great. I have to give the utmost grats to the guys who keep these programs updated and working here.

/plugin mq2docrack almost every plugin has the mq2 infront. Secondly if you compile for yourself you need to remove timestamp, or compile the plugins yourself.
