No World

i finally got to log on to Eqemu!!! the only problem is there is no world or character models around me =P anyone know how i would fix this?

*sigh* guess nobody knows, i'll try to find a way so anyone else with this problem won't have to suffer.

just guessing but maybe you are using the wrong patch? maybe try redownloading the files. Cant say for sure since I dont play on EQemu

i used the krusher files Cade posted and thats when the problem started. I did redownload them, still nothing and the flowers one didn't even work =P

Somewhat good news, many people have been saying that there is no world when that play emu. If you look when you extract the krusher files, there are no character models in there. What you need to do is take the character models (and world files?) from the regular EQ folder and put them in the emu folder. Now, the problem is, I don't remember what the model files are called =/ so if anyone knows, let me know or if you know which folder they are located in, tell me and I'll try it =) Still working on this problem...Btw, I may have some pre 9/13 files because my old comp still works and I haven't played EQ on it since 2000 so I'll check for those too =)

Replace your render effects. They are split into 2 directories and they all need to be in one. So just copy paste the files from both folders into the main Render effects directory. Thats what fixed it for me anyways.
