No window

When I double click the macroquest application the icon shows up but its no where to be found in game =/... I have used macroquest before but have never had this problem...could it be that im on vista?

Type /plugin mq2chatwnd in game with mq loaded, it should bring up the MQ2 Window for you. Let me know if it works.
