Problem - No visible MQ2 window / commands won't work

Hi, having a few issues I think:
I no longer see a visible MQ2 text box in game. I believe most commands are working in the background and the program is functioning, however when i come to an error I have no dialog box to review what's up or what went wrong. Can anyone assist me or let me know if I need to provide more specific information (what information) to problem solve this?

Got EQBC working by reviewing old threads

Your best bet is to download the update from the updater. Even if it is saying you are up to date. Once you are updated. Get in game then type /plugin mq2chatwnd load
followed by
/mqchat reset

That should get your window back.
