No longer casting - MQ2cast broken?

I'm running Kiss on 3 players. My healer/puller keeps stating they are pulling, cycled targets, but that never happens. When I manually pull, the healer doesn't do anything besides melee.

My melee character is using discs and meleeing just fine.

My caster sends its pet in, but casts no spells. The MQ2 window spams its DPS lineup, but nothing actually goes off (AA or spell).

I've unloaded / reloaded MQ2cast (which gives the message the bag window needs me to reload (via loadskin) but nothing else). I've reinstalled MQ2, downgraded to KA 6.8.6 instead of 6.8.8, I've re-written aliases, and nothing works. I am not clicking items, casting buffs, the pull spell, etc.

Any other ideas to try, please?

Side note: this started today just before the server dropped connection to about half of the server. I don't know if that has anything to do with it. My healer was doing fine and I was looking at why my caster was not casting spells; I manually cast a buff that should normally cast as per Kiss and the spellgems stayed greyed out. I camped to come back and the server pooped out.

*once in awhile* I will unload and reload mq2cast - I'll cast 1 spell (like a buff or heal) and then that's it. No continued casting, I target a mob to pull, spam the PULLING -> message, but no casting.

I'm having this exact problem, but thought it was with Kissassist. I may just go ahead and turn on melee in kissassist to see if it my shaman and mage will melee.

After some extensive browsing around, it was suggested to restart the computer as it's a memory error with MQ2cast. That thought a bit strange, but did resolve my problem. I am casting/pulling/etc as normal now.
