No drop to another toon NOT on same account?

Is there an offset presently available to allow trade of a NO TRADE item to a friend? Meaning not on the same account?

Looted something at raid my buddy could really use.

Thought I read one recently (not the shared bank slot trick)

Nope it has been nerfed. If there is a way to get around it I have heard nothing about it working
