Is there a working offset for the 3 minute flag rule?

Also, is there a working version for /zone and a short list of names? The link listed under the strat. section doesn't work.

I have eq2zone.dll plugin, but I can't compile a new version. The version I am using now ports me back to my bind point everytime ;/.

That old no3min offset was more of a "you can't zone at all" offset than a no3min...still got the job done though.
