Nice hot keys

I have gotten many PM from people asking me about how I have things set up in game once MQ2 is running. (Which by the way flatters me since I am so new to this myself.) So here is how I have things setup. Alot of this I got from other post on this site and others. If others have nice setups also please feel free to post them.

Bard Hotkeys:

1. LOAD
/plugin Mq2Twist
/plugin Mq2MoveUtils
/plugin Mq2Docrack
/plugin Mq2Warp

2. BARD AFK
/marco Target
/circle on 75
/twist 2 3 3 5 ect... (how ever you like your songs)
/docrack nostun on
/docrack noweather on
(then I hit the autorun key)

3. Exit
/warp loc y,x,z

4. Setup
/spell 8 (my invis song)
/warp loc y,x,z
/circle on 75 (I do this to make sure the circle is on the ight spot in JPF)

5. Unload
/unload (I have this just in case I notice a mob doing things it shouldn't be
doing like walking over and watching me )

6. Succor
/warp Succor

7. Flag Zone
/docrack no3min on

Cleric (not much on this one, this is my main just like to make things easy)

1. LOAD
/plugin Mq2Docrack
/plugin Mq2Warp

2. Setup
/docrack noweather on
/docrack nostun on
/docrack seeinvis on
/docrack mount on (this is wrong command but its the one that lets you
use mounts with no slow start/stop)
/docrack ultravision on (this one not on newest docrack but is nice)

3. Unload
/unload

4. Succor
/warp succor

5. Warp Out
/warp loc y,x,z


Again I ma sure others out there have some real nice setups, please feel free to post them might get some ideas going about. Maybe even tweak the UI some to acomodate Mq2 better

What do you all do about the 49 bard speed song..... running out cause you missed a note and then you have to wait until it tries to play it again until its up next?

Any way to mod the mac.target macro so that if the speed song is about 20 seconds before running out it refreshes it until it sticks and then starts the damage dots over again....?


Any hope for something like this i just notice every other kill i walk for about 3 or 4 mins cause i missed a note when singing the speed song.

Lucky for RUN3 and doing a circle at 95 they dont seem to catch up by much when i do walk sooo Lucky for me. Just would like something so I know speed is always on!!! Thanks for the post soul on setup that help me out a lot

I build song in a few times. If 8 is selo then 1 3 8 4 5 8 6 7 8.

Yes that will slow down killing. Best bet is to get mastery of the past 1 for no missed notes. Also can do /twist adjust 3 so it refreshes 3 ticks early. Or whatever number you think neccessary.

/twist 1 2 3 4 5?
/twist adjust 1 3?

where 1 is my selos song? and 3 is 3 ticks earlier

I disagree..a 3 round dot is a 3 round dot so if you dot again it will just start over. What it does do is keeps you alive longer because run 3 won't outrun most high mobs.

I kill mobs in same time using long string as I do with short string and hope I don't miss a note.

I have Instrument Mastery lvl 3 and I still miss notes on percussion. There is another aa that keeps you from failing notes...Is that Mastery of the Past or is there another one? I'll look it up.

I have adjust on 2 and selo never wears off for me. All you do is type /adjust 2 and you're done. Or you can go into the ini file for the twist plugin and change the adjust manually.

As for missed notes. Only MotP 1 helps. The first, and following levels but why, level is bugged so that it works for all levels of spells. You get that and until its fixed you will never fizzle a spell.

Anyhow, Instrument Mastery does nothing for fizzling. It only raises your instrument mod.

Yeah misread,thought you were referring to Mastery as IM.

Anyone have command for plugin??

just type /twist adjust 3 and it will save in the ini file and try to twist any song thats an extended duration song 3 ticks early
