Sorry for the newbie questions. I played a lot on EZ server and had macros for 12 boxing I created and also a few afk macros so I understand MQ2 fairly well. I am now playing live with a mid 50's SK and mid 50's Shaman and a healer and rogue merc. I am playing the SK and kissing the shaman. The 10 bucks a month is so worth it to not have to maintain my old macros.
I am loving it so far but I am having issues with the shaman panther line. I am too low lvl for it to be a group cast which is what the dps section seems to be for. I have it set in the buffs section and that works ooc but my sham doesn't seem to recast it in combat and since it only lasts 90ish seconds if I pull a few mobs it wears off mid fight. It is a substantial part of my damage with the SK, 2 pets, and a merc. I also don't seem to be able to cast it on my SK pet automatically.
I am also tempted to box a bard on a silver account as I have heard they are good boxes without a bunch of AA. I would probably use another rogue merc with him. Any thoughts on that?
I also tend to run around the zone attacking as opposed to making a camp and pulling to it. I don't plan on afk botting anytime soon either so that isn't an issue.
