Since this seems to be getting some use, zone meshes should be standard once done correctly. Is there a location they have been uploaded here on RG?

I have uploaded Classic and Kunark meshes to Maskoi, he should have them up before too long. I was unable to upload them straight to the site. They fill up the member limit for uploads. I'm working on Velious now.

Dumb question here but what should the folder structure be for a newbie using the RG pre complied MQ2? Just put the "Kunark" folder directly into the root folder?

RGMQ2->Release->Kunark ?

**edit- dumb question that is answered at http://www.redguides.com/mq2nav/

2. Unzip the mesh files into your MacroQuest2/MQ2Navigation Folder.
3. If you don't have a MQ2Navigation folder create it & refer to #2.

RGMQ2>Release>MQ2Navigation

If you haven't run EQNavigation.exe, you will need to make the MQ2Navigation folder. You out the .bin files in that folder.

Forget this old broken shit. We are releasing a NEW MQ2Nav Beta Thanks to Brainiac in the next day or 2.

Is there an way to create better meshes also ? I dont really care about the mesh file size, i just want that mq2nav is able to navigate correct :)

So last night I was trying to do meshes for two different zones on two different computers (lopping plans and Ferrott the Dream). I messed with the tile size and cell sizes following this guide and other than being extremely slow, seemed to create the meshes just fine. When I would try to "SAVE" however, it would crash or be unresponsive hitting the button. I repeated and even closed the exe and rerunning at least 4 times on bott machines and never got a mesh created .bin file in the folders to use. Is this common and one of the buggie things that prompted the MQ2Nav rewrite? Or am I just having other issues I need to figure out? Seems 8 runs without zero success is a bit much.
