Hello, just started adding more to my group on frostreaver and one is a cleric, will it heal other beings? Like in a group where im with people not using RG.

Yes, it will do that natively; you also can use xtarget healing or use the heal list. You can find a FAQ on this in-game, by opening the options window (clicky any gear/cog you see).
If the PC is on your network, I recommend they run the heartbeat script,
/lua run rgmercs/heartbeat , which allows that PC to transmit some data to rgmercs internally and will give a better experience.
