RG Launcher - New to Red Guides and confused

Hello,
Since I paid for the annual option, do I still have a number of required posts before I have access to the launcher? I created an account, selected the annual subscription option, received payment confirmation and began watching the videos. I attempted to download the launcer but, received an message HEY STUD, something went wrong. You need to post more or, pay money. Am I dong something wrong?
