RGMercs Build?
Newest update daily
What level is the character?
85(SOD)
Hello all I’m new to using these programs. Im struggling to see where I can set the spell gem list. Im running a Necro/Bard/Cleric/Mage and the base spell list aren’t the best for what I’m doing. Im assuming it’s in the ini file. Anyone able to show me where I would be looking and how to properly put the spell gem order I would like in there?

Thank you for the help

You would first check your options on the class tab, as the loadouts are based on the settings there. Ensure you have checked "show advanced options", as some of those settings will be categorized as such.

If that didn't satisfy you, you will need to create a custom config and edit it yourself.
The class tab also has a button to copy your current class config to customize; it will create the file in your MacroQuest config folder (under an rgmercs subfolder)

For any additional technical assistance in doing so, I would encourage you to find our channel on the RG discord; but I can also attempt to assist you via the forum if we must.

We are also open to changes to the default config in some cases; in particular the necro DoT selection needs some tuning in those level ranges.

I think you'll find the more you play with RGMercs the less you'll feel the need to do things like swap out spells. I think one of the best features of automation like RGMercs and the CTWN Plugins is that you don't have to focus on things like your spell gems. You can focus on things like armor and weapons. The fun stuff. I get it I wanted my Shaman set up my way until I realized the Plugins did just fine at that.
