Question - New expansion purchase, which one...best place to grind to max lvl

I've been really busy with work, travelling and a new gf so I havent had time to purchase the new expansion. My first question is which package should I get for my main and main's group? All of my groups are always gold accounts. I have in the past usually bought the most expensive expansion package for my leet 6 but havent done research on this expansion yet. On my other full groups, I usually get them bare bones. Secondly, where do I take my main group to grind out max level? Best new zone or??

the guild portal takes you to ME, the fancy clicky takes you to UP - not really worth the expense just for that imo.

xp is pretty slow, you're going to want to just work on the merc/partisans and missions as you go

unless you just want to mq2grind or mission flip, few folks have just done that to 120

Best possible thing you can do is go through progression. But, that is a bit of a hassle and get boring and repetitive when you doing it for multiple characters.

Now the main alternative is this:

1) Go to the new zones and grind out , mobs have a lot of HP and you get about 0.050 (approx) exp per kill

Or

2) Go to the older zones and grind out where you get about 0.035 (approx) exp per kill

Either way you need a fast action killing group

I got 1 FnF, then 22 most basic ones.
I ran all 24 of my day to day groyps in VT to 118 (20-25 hours) , then took them all out and did the quest/missions. ended up comfortably into 120, then another 20-40 hours to max AA (war, bard, rog are fast, shm, sk and druids are.. yeah).

I make a point to buy the top tier at least once but ALWAYS go gold first for the discount, and remember, you can always upgrade for the price difference. I don't have interchangeable mains or so many high levels I can't keep track of them all lol, and I just move my Dru bind and group port so clickies pointless to me.

Can sell enough tradeables from family pack to more than make up the difference in Kronos, but I'd always[BGCOLOR=initial]subbed normally (monthly or yearly) until last year. I just wish I lived in like new Hampshire instead of New York since they tax expansions now(Im pretty sure they didn't used to tax the digital ones when I started) The 10% discount barely covers the tax in the end.[/BGCOLOR]

if you want to grind, start Shei Ventre mission, (mobs repop every 10min or so) just grind 4 hours, re-get and do the same

This is the only mission that repops right? To bad Bloodfalls didnt repop since it has some animals that drop TS items

Well, im here for the exp.... sadly no garnets drop here, only the rest of the TS stuff

Exp is quite nice about 20-25% per 4 hours grinding here, with my team which is about 1,2mill dps.

That's a lot of money for a game that is closer and closer to shutting down every year. I mean, you know going in EQ isn't adding new players only losing them. It's just a matter of time.

Not that I know of, bought a few exp pots but thats it
