Yeah the Heals1 is reading the "Me" as the health percent to cast the heal. Try swapping the order to this:

change this mac name and create a new one. Then add all this back in by sections and see whats causing the problem.
Sometimes the configuration setting goes bonkers even though it doesnt show anything wrong and just needs a new one.
so change your *KissAssist_Charname to like KissAssist_Charname1* and then run kissassist again and redo all your info. See if that works
