MQ2BagWindow is Here!
MQ2BagWindows is the the current solution for the broken item swapping and items in bags.
MQ2Melee, MQ2Cast, MQ2Exchange, MQ2Cursor, MQ2ThrowIt, MQ2Feedme
all of these plugins have been rewritten to support MQ2BagWindow

Notes:
--Current Compile Updated with: (MQ2-20101110) Updated: 11/06/2010

A few changes:
MQ2Addicts is required if you're going to run our packet hacks in order to use the following plugins. MQ2AASpend, MQ2OcFarTrade, MQ2Pax, MQ2Piggyzone, MQ2RWarp, MQ2Supercast, MQ2ZoneLock

It should autoload if you use the Macroquest.ini in the compile. If not, please /plugin MQ2Addicts in game. Packet blocking is no longer part of MQ2Main.

MQ2DoCrack.ini is included. Thanks Czarman!

I'll say it again just in case it was missed: MQ2ADDICTS is REQUIRED if you want to use our packet hacks. Please be sure to load (/plugin MQ2Addicts) it in game if you do not use the Macroquest.ini I provide, which will load it automatically.

SOME PLUGINS STILL MAY NOT WORK INCLUDING

MQ2AutoForage
MQ2Bardswap
MQ2CastTimer

Currently Broken
MQ2SuperStacker
MQ2SuperCast

Borked plugins were left out of source file. Expect bugs as the new ones are reported everyday.

Re: NA Official MQ2.2010.11.10 Compile

why when I use this my display stutters when I switch to another screen? what can I change to get this to not stutter. when I compile myself or some other ones it don't do that. I tried unloading fps and still no luck

Re: NA Official MQ2.2010.11.10 Compile

Its mq2fps. a plugin that limits frames per second. Useful for when you multiboxing because it helps take the load off the cpu. Do the following to unload it.

/plugin mq2fps unload

Re: NA Official MQ2.2010.11.10 Compile

Item swapping seems to be working flawless with new fix.

Re: NA Official MQ2.2010.11.10 Compile

Nobody said anything about mq2rwarp not working... Just mq2piggyzone.

Re: NA Official MQ2.2010.11.10 Compile

Warp is working and in the compile. If /warp is not working for you /plugin mq2rwarp.

Re: NA Official MQ2.2010.11.10 Compile

ahh see i messed up, i thought it was tied into piggyzone LOL thanks, ive never turned on Rwarp before and it has always worked, I dunno maybe I havent been thinking right or something LOL

Re: NA Official MQ2.2010.11.10 Compile

That was a little weird anyways, it should automatically load and the ini file was correct.

Re: NA Official MQ2.2010.11.10 Compile - MQ2PiggyZone Fixed

BECAUSE AKATORA DEMANDED IT MQ2PIGGYZONE FIXED

LOL new compile uploaded

Re: NA Official MQ2.2010.11.10 Compile - MQ2PiggyZone Fixed

Getting to character select fine but, CTD when I try to enter world. Downloaded the latest release with piggyzone fix and this just started. Other compiles from Vanilla and prior NA Offical Compile worked fine with no issues. I'm not adding anything to the compile....just extracting after downloading the zip as is and still CTD on attempting to enter world.

Re: NA Official MQ2.2010.11.10 Compile - MQ2PiggyZone Fixed

I am having the same issue.

Also crashes to desktop if MQ2 is loaded AFTER character select. Just fyi.

Re: NA Official MQ2.2010.11.10 Compile - MQ2PiggyZone Fixed

I haven't played EQ or run MQ2 since the release of HoT. I downloaded this version of MQ2. I'm also CTD, with and without MQ2Piggyzone loaded.

Re: NA Official MQ2.2010.11.10 Compile - MQ2PiggyZone Fixed

Ok, So I got it working.

1. Downloaded this Compile
2. Copies mq2piggyzzone and DLL
3. Pasted in the previous compile *same compile w/o piggy
4. Ran EQ
5. loaded piggy
6. YAY

Thanks For the comile bro :D

Is the previous compile still on the forum? I tried the one dated 11/6 but that didn't work. Couldn't find another one dated 11/10.

I haven't played EQ or run MQ2 since the release of HoT. I downloaded this version of MQ2. I'm also CTD, with and without MQ2Piggyzone loaded.

Try putting this MQ2Main.dll, replacing the old one, in the current compile and see if it works for you please.

Still CTD. I re-installed the 11/10 version w/Piggyzone, DL'ed this MQ2Main.dll and copied it into the 11/10 folder. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Re: NA Official MQ2.2010.11.10 Compile - MQ2PiggyZone Fixed

I haven't been able to duplicate any of these crashes. I don't think its anything you are doing wrong.

Are you starting EQ or MQ2 first?
Make sure your EverQuest is fully patched.
Make sure you copied MQUI_BagWnd.xml into you everquest/uifiles/default folder
Try Logging in on your character then start MQ2

If that doesn't work please download the NA Vanilla Compile without any of the active hacks and see if that works for you.

Re: NA Official MQ2.2010.11.10 Compile - MQ2PiggyZone Fixed

Im CTD even if i load MQ2 after i log in.

Re: NA Official MQ2.2010.11.10 Compile - MQ2PiggyZone Fixed

There were some errors in the released MQ2 source code from the last patch. I was hoping they would have released a fix by now but haven't.

We have been trying to hunt down the errors but it seems to be causing random crashes. I have not been able recreate any of the crashes to desktop. Please try the vanilla compile and see if that works while we try and figure out this issue.

1. I start MQ2 first, then EQ.

2. Yes, EQ is fully patched.

3. Yes, I have MQUI_BagWnd.xml in my ...uifiles/default folder.

4. I tried starting EQ first. When I started MQ2 after entering the game I CTD.

5. I downloaded the NA Vanilla Compile and that works fine. I did not CTD.

Thanks for helping.

Re: NA Official MQ2.2010.11.10 Compile - MQ2PiggyZone Fixed

same thing... official compile crashed everytime ctd... vanilla did not..

Re: NA Official MQ2.2010.11.10 Compile - MQ2PiggyZone Fixed

try loading up EQ with out MQ and then do /showname 1, then load up MQ

i was having the same issue, and it was because of that

Whoa, thanks, Akatora, that worked. How the heck did you figure that out?

Re: NA Official MQ2.2010.11.10 Compile - MQ2PiggyZone Fixed

I did /showname 0 to show everyones names and stuff and it kept crashing me, so I loaded it with out it and did /showname 1 and it fixed it

Re: NA Official MQ2.2010.11.10 Compile - MQ2PiggyZone Fixed

Is anyone getting a runtime error when loading this compile? Everytime I try and load MQ its crashed eq.

MS Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program: D\My Games\Sony\Everquest\eqgame.exe
abnormal program termination

Re: NA Official MQ2.2010.11.10 Compile - MQ2PiggyZone Fixed

I was able to load the plain vanilla one. I think there is something that is preloaded that is crashing me, any ideas? Also how would I unload something that is already loaded without logging into eq?

See if this works

Login into EQ first
/showname 1
Start MQ2

Re: NA Official MQ2.2010.11.10 Compile - MQ2PiggyZone Fixed

Thats what Im doing with the compile and its crashing me. I was asking how to turn something off that is loaded without being in eq

Re: NA Official MQ2.2010.11.10 Compile - MQ2PiggyZone Fixed

macroquest.ini
remove anything in the plugins section you don't want loaded immediately from the plugin section. You can also change captions and other options from that file as well.
Just remember to back it up first :)

Yea Im dumb I guess. I read that throughout this post and didnt do it because I thought it was something else. Thanks bro. Time to start rewriting my macros because they are erroring out like crazy~

There was a lot of weirdness in the last MQ2 source release which is causing that crash. It appears they are not updating/fixing it until next release.

Re: NA Official MQ2.2010.11.10 Compile - MQ2PiggyZone Fixed

yeah, im glad i found it, it would have gave everyone a huge headache :P

Re: NA Official MQ2.2010.11.10 Compile - MQ2PiggyZone Fixed

This compile is still crashing both myself and my wifes account, especially in the lobby. I logged in, did /shownames 1 and then loaded the compile... it ran fine for a while until I targeted someone in the lobby. It immediately caused an exception in eqgame.exe and crashed. Logging back in and doing the same thing resulted in another CTD. The vanilla compile works flawlessly, albeit without warp and docrack but never the less, flawless.
