Problem - My paladin has a mind of its own

I'm using kissassist on 2 of my 3 characters & have been playing the tank manually. With MQ2 loaded though, my paladin has a mind of its own. I didn't enable any settings for this character.

It bashes, taunts, disarms. Does this funky slow turn to face mobs I'm fighting, autoattacks , sometimes autotargets monsters I'm facing (makes it difficult to selfheal or heal groupmates), backpedals, chases fleeing mobs, & prevents me from repositioning my character (useful with mercs and pets).

Is there a way to customize this behavior? IE, disable the auto back pedal, add in auto yelp?

Long shot guess, mq2melee is doing this?

MQ2Melee takes over when you turn on attack.. There is a way to use KA in Manual mode. This gives you the ability to manually play your toon and still gain the functionality of KA.

Give /mac kissassist manual a try on your pally and see how that works for you..
