Question - Multiple pullers in same zone?

This question relates to the Megadeath achievement. I want to set up my team in different parts of a zone, set them all up as "Hunter" and go about killing everything in their sector. However, all the toons will leave their sector and go after whatever is on aggro, even if it's across the zone, making it impractical to farm this way. Is there a way to ignore what is on aggro and simply kill to themselves?

Solution
it's because we use xtarget.
best bet is to cover multiple zones instead of a single zone. When doing the hunter achievements you can party/raid up and do everyones hunters at the same time. as long as each toon/grp of toons has their own zone it works fine.
Not sure about the megadeath achievement and how it counts kills on if you need to be in the zone for it.

Solution
Slayer does require everyone to be in same zone unfortunately
know this post is a little old, but for clarity....If you do a raid, instead of a group, you do indeed get slayer updates across zones. Group format does not. No clue why that disparity exists, but it is useful to take advantage of it. just split up into how many ever raid groups you're going to need and have at it.

Hey Folks! Working o nfarming certing items and kills and i keep running into a challange with CWTN plugs. Currently using Ranger and Monk. I have the ranger set up as Hunter tank to shoot mobs across one area of the zone. I have the monk running around and absolutly fisting the other side of the zone. I set the monk as puller, so the ranger won't run over and assist, but the ranger keeps going on wild adventures across the zone.

Ranger is set to Hunter tank, 45-degree cone, and just shoots stuff.

Monk set to Hunter tank to cover a much larger area on the other size of the same very large zone. What am i doing wrong? I want the ranger to shoot his area, and the monk to keep up the monkley business on the other side of the zone without helping each other.

Thanks in advance, I appreciate all of you!

yes because even if you're not near stuff, mobs go on your xtarget

you're going to want either be in diff zoners, or not grouped
