UPDATE: ANSWER BELOW.

Mage will not give additional pet toys for Blade of Walnan and Belt of Magi'Kot. Will only give 1 Blade of Walnan (not lore) and 1 Muzzle of Mardu. Will not give a 2nd Blade of Walnan nor Belt of Magi'Kot. I have tried altering the order of the Pettoys and does not help. Works with 2 Dagger of Symbols up until I hit level 61.

Gonna leave this up in case anyone else runs into the issue but found the answer on my 2nd search through the forums.

Summary
Need to do:
1) PetToys2=Blade of Walnan|Blade of Walnan
2) Belt of Magi`Kot --- NOT Belt of Magi'Kot (which is spelled wrong on most EQ resource websites)
