Question - MQCast (1 Viewer)

So, I'm new to this whole macro thing, but I've been very frustrated trying to get my characters to actually cast offensive spells. Everything else seems to work fine, including the buff spells. However, when I run kissassist, regardless of the offensive spell, my characters don't actually cast it. If someone could help me out, that would be great. I do have MQcast installed, and the other required macros in the instructional manual.

Here is what the dps portion of my character's file looks like:

you have to add a health percent of the mob to cast at
DPS1=Burst of Flame|90
