Problem - MQ2Nav wont load

For some reason when I do /plugin mq2nav load, i get red text saying could not be loaded.

I reinstalled the compile and updated it, still when I tried it could not load the mq2nav.

I checked the folder to make sure the .dll was in there and it is, jsut wondering what I might be doing wrong or if something happened?
