Question - Mq2Nav question

Apologies in advance in the event I have over looked something very simple ...

I am playing with Mq2Navigation for the first time and when I attempt to run the EQNavigation from the Mq2 folder I am getting the error MSVCR100D.dll is missing from my puter ...
Not really sure what that is or where to get it or if I am just doing something wrong.

Any help available on this would be greatly appreciated.

Unzip the file and it goes in C:\Windows\System32


Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
Type CMD and press Enter
Type regsvr32 msvcr100d.dll and press Enter.
