Problem - MQ2Nav Issues

I am again having trouble with MQ2Nav and ISBoxer. Before I was able to use MQ2Nav without trouble following a suggestion on the official thread to first load all characters through ISBoxer to the server select screen before booting up mq2. After four months in China without EQ access I have come back and not been able to use MQ2Nav regardless of which order I start the programs in. I either get "failed to initialize" when I /plugin mq2nav, or mq2nav loads and confirms that the mesh has also been loaded (I can even see the mesh when I choose to through the UI) but when I /nav I get a "no end reference" error and run straight in a random direction.

I have installed DirectX10 and followed other suggestions from the forums but still have not had any luck. All help would be greatly appreciated, MQ2Nav is an awesome plugin and I am really starting to miss it ^.^
 
no end reference in my experience is usually a bad mesh. I would try and regen the mesh.

4 months in China? Was it as cool as it sounds?
 
Not when you live in a hotel in a 4mil+ person industrial zone and work 10 hours a day ^.^ Some parts are worth seeing though lol.

Have redone the mesh but I'm not even getting far enough to load the plugin anymore. Just getting "rendering support failed! We won't be able to draw the 3D world."
