MQ2Linkdb

I downloaded TurkReno's MQ2 pre-compile Version 2.6.0. In that compile there is the MQ2Linkdb plugin. It says that you need to download the database and unzip the items.txt file to the mq2\release directory, but I don't have a mq2\release directory, where should I unzipthe items.txt file to?
