So I took a break from revamping old enchanter e3 stuff because brain cells.
Went back to playing with what I currently have.
Figured MQ2Hud would be fun to break.. I mean play with but despite the following, no hud. Never did work as far as I can tell so whatever I did to break it I did before I ever used it.

- several ini files from complex to completely simple.
- loading unloading.
- making sure the UI elements exist.
- confirming F11 works (netstat available)
